Charts run to the last complete month. The month a screenshot is taken is only part-finished, so plotting it beside full months would show a fall that has not happened.

The work

What we build

One shop's Products section was completely empty. We wrote nine cards, sourced nine photos, and grouped them into two categories. Three of the nine, exactly as delivered. Highlighted text is what makes the card work.

Diagnostics & Performance

Performance Upgrades

Performance tuning and upgrades for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, and Mini in Van Nuys. ECU remapping, turbocharger upgrades, intake and exhaust systems, coilover kits, big brake kits, performance clutches, and short-throw shifters. Built using OEM-quality parts and proven tuning partners including APR, Dinan, Cobb, and TechArt for balanced gains without sacrificing reliability.

Repair, Service & Maintenance

AC & Climate Control Repair

Heating and air conditioning repair for German vehicles in Van Nuys and the San Fernando Valley. Diagnostics on BMW ISTA, Mercedes XENTRY, Audi/VW ODIS, and Porsche PIWIS. Includes inspection of compressors, condensers, evaporators and expansion valves, refrigerant recovery and recharge, cabin air filter replacement, and control system calibration using OEM parts and factory-level tools.

Repair, Service & Maintenance

Transmission Service & Repair

Transmission diagnostics, maintenance and repair for German vehicles in Van Nuys, including automatic, manual, DSG and PDK gearboxes. Brand-specific diagnostic scanning, fluid and filter replacement to OEM spec, seal and gasket service, mechatronic and valve body inspection, adaptation reset, and road testing. Fluids and parts from ZF and brand-specific lubricants.

Every word is sourced from the shop's own website. We crawl the full site before writing, and we do not put a service, a brand or a claim on a profile that the site does not support.
Before and after

The profile itself

This is what a customer sees on Google. Left is the profile as we found it. Right is the same profile rebuilt.

The Google Business Profile before the rebuild, with an empty Products section
Products empty. Nothing current under Updates. One category. Google's AI summary has nothing specific to say about the shop.
The same profile rebuilt, with products, updates and verified categories
Products filled with the shop's own services and photos. Updates running. Verified additional categories. Team photo on the cover.
Everything added is drawn from what the shop already publishes on its own website. Nothing here claims anything they have not already said about themselves.
After the rebuild

Postboard, our own application

A rebuilt profile goes stale without activity. Every client gets five posts a month on their Google profile, designed in their own brand colours. We built our own application to run it, so the shop can see everything coming and reach us in one place instead of chasing an inbox.

The Postboard: scheduled Google posts with a calendar and request-an-edit button
A live client board. Calendar on the right, next post counting down, full caption under each graphic, and a chat button that reaches us directly.

Nothing waits on the shop owner

Posts publish on schedule whether or not anyone looks. If they want a change, they hit Request an edit. That post comes off the schedule while we revise. Everything behind it moves up a week, and the revision returns later.

They can see what is coming, ignore it entirely, or message us straight from the board. It never becomes another job in their inbox.

Real posts, from a real client

Built in their brand colours, with their logo and their website address.

Google post: Check engine light on?
Google post: Know the leak by its color
Google post: proof and reputation

Every post uses a different photo. We never publish the same image twice on a profile.

We take over the reviews

Replying to reviews is part of the service, not an extra. We write and post the replies, in the shop's voice, within Google's rules. That includes the negative ones, which is where most shops either go silent or say something they regret.

Google states that replying to reviews shows customers you value their feedback. It is also the part of a profile a wavering customer reads most closely, because they want to know what happens when something goes wrong.

Message the designer directly

The chat button on the board reaches the person who designs and schedules the posts, not a support queue or an account manager who has to pass it on.

Request an edit in one click

Any scheduled post can be sent back for a change from the board itself. No email thread, no waiting on a reply to know it was received.

Accountability

How you will know it worked

We screenshot your full profile performance on day one, before we touch anything. Without that baseline there is no honest way to tell you later whether the work did anything.

Calls
Placed straight from your listing. An action, not a view.
Direction requests
Someone navigating to your shop.
Website clicks
Traffic your listing sends to your own site.
Discovery share
How many searches came from people who did not already know your name. This is the number a category, description and products rebuild is meant to move.
Review growth
Public, so you can verify it without taking our word for it.
Map rank
Where you rank for your target searches across a grid of points around your shop.
